Our intake is deliberately slow and deliberately personal. The first month with a family sets the tone for the next decade — so we take the time to do it properly.

  1. Step 01

    An unhurried first visit

    A care lead — not a sales rep — comes to your home for ninety quiet minutes. We meet your loved one, hear the story in their own words, and notice the things a checklist would miss.

  2. Step 02

    A plan written by hand

    Within a week, your care lead drafts a plan tailored to the person: routines, medications, comforts, red flags, and the small rituals that make the day feel like home. You keep the plan whether you choose us or not.

  3. Step 03

    Two caregivers, by introduction

    We hand-pair two caregivers from our practice — a primary and a secondary. Both meet your loved one before any shift. No rotating strangers, no cold first mornings.

  4. Step 04

    A care lead who stays

    Your care lead is the same person from week one to year five. Visit notes, plan revisions, and the late-night calls all go through one consistent voice — never a queue, never a scripted reply.
